Shipping Policies
- How much is Shipping for Standard Products?
- Shipping is FREE for all standard products shipped in the US (except for Alaska and Hawaii). Standard products are the ToyStacker and ToySideLoader. Shipping charges for other areas will be calculated at the time of order. All orders are shipped via FedEx ground.
- What countries do you ship to?
- At this time, we only ship to the US. If you are from another country, please email us at international@toystacker.net and list your country and the products that interest you. If we have multiple entries, we will do our best to deliver to those countries in the near future.
- Is there a Shipping charge for Custom Products?
- Yes, there will be a shipping charge included in the final quote. The quote must be signed and full payment is required (Credit or Debit payments only) before production can be started on your product.
- What shipping carrier is used?
- All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground.
- When are orders shipped?
- Standard Products are shipped within 7-10 business days.
- Customized Products take several weeks to scope, quote, build and ship. The total process could take 4-6 weeks. A shipping charge will be added to your quote prior to the start of the project.
- Can I track my shipped order?
- Yes. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped and a tracking number will be provided to you.
- What if I didn’t receive my order?
- Toy Stacker, LLC will guarantee that your package is delivered to the address you specified on your order. Once delivery is made to your address, you are responsible in the event that the item is lost or stolen. Toy Stacker will not be responsible for replacing or issuing a refund for lost or stolen items left at the specified address.
