Our rack and ramp system products require that you secure them appropriately to your hauling apparatus with proper tie-downs and only use them for ATVs or Quads. Any other use of these products, or the failure to properly tie down or secure before use, is strictly prohibited. Failure to follow the instructions could result in severe equipment damage, personal injury, or even death. Toy Stacker, LLC is not responsible for any situation, including damage to equipment or injury that may be caused by the use of products sold by Toy Stacker, LLC. The buyer assumes all responsibility and risk with the purchase and use of any product from Toy Stacker, LLC.
All returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date and must be in its original packaging and not used. Custom Orders may not be returned for any reason. Please contact support for prior authorization before returning any items. All items must be sent back with freight prepaid. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted. All items will be charged a 25% restocking fee of total price. Total price includes sales price plus shipping fees (if applicable).
Toystacker, LLC stands behind all the products we sell and we do it with the utmost integrity. While we have a rigorous quality assurance process, sometimes a product can malfunction or just not work properly. If that happens, we will fix your product free of charge.
